Refund and Cancellation Policy

Private package online orders include a full-refund deadline shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. If cancellation is requested before that timestamp, the refund is processed in full.

Public application service fees and third-party application fees are separate items. Third-party fees are generally non-refundable once submitted to the institution.

Consulting and execution service refunds depend on work completed up to cancellation. Any consumed or delivered scope is billable and deducted before refund, if applicable.

Custom packages (private placement, concierge, guardianship, homestay) follow the signed client agreement. That agreement controls deposit, milestone, cancellation, and refund terms.

To request cancellation, submit in writing with your order reference. We will respond within 3 business days with the final settlement breakdown.
